Hi Karen-
Happy Anniversary!! I remember you were getting married when I first found the Brides board.

What about a new fluffy robe for the shower? I got my hubby one as a gift 2 years ago and he loved it. Fortunoff or the Company Store has nice ones and you can get his name (or anything) embroidered on it. That is my most creative idea for cotton. Of if you have a house, a hammock for the yard.

Didn't think guys were aware of the anniversary gifts- and the sepcific TYPE of gift.

Robe sounds great- and tuck in a bottle of massage oil into the pocket- instant romance!

Knit cotton (T-Shirt) sheets & idea for 1st. Anniversary

My hubby loves ours - they feel just like his favorite worn-out, soft old T-shirts.

Our first anniversary is approaching and I'm getting him a (paper) book called 'Your Wedding Anniversary - from Paper to Diamonds' (by Cookie Lee) He hates to buy gifts so I figure this will help give him guidelines and won't put me on the spot as to WHY it's paper, cotton, etc.
