has anyone had either of these at a wedding? And if so, which one is better? At the Carlyle, there are like 6 choices of crepes (chicken/sundried tomatoe in a basil sauce, spinach and mushroom, seafood etc.). But dim sum is easier to eat, no?

I had Dim Sum but I don't remember tasting any of it. We also had the shishkabobs, peking duck, pasta stations and two others I can't remember.

I didn't have either one. But I think I perfer the DimSum station -- I think it sounds like a more modern thing - JMO

We had crepes, 3 varieties, and I thought they were great, but a bit heavy. We got away with heavier food in January

We did the Crepe station which was a hit, especially for our vegetarian guests!
