Does anyone have any good crockpot recipes? I got a crockpot for my shower that I have been dying to use but I'm not sure what to make.

Re: Crockpot Recipes
I just used it today. I have other recipes but they're on my computer at home. Take some sausage, I used 6 links, pork a fork hole in each of them boil in a pot of water for 20 minutes. Then slice them, well I do, you don't have to and put them in the crockpot. Pour a jar of sauce over the top so it covers the sausage and then cook on low for 8 hours. I serve it over pasta.

mmm, this sounds yummy, but I just want to clarify - should the chicken be frozen when I put it in or should I thaw it first?

Re: Crockpot Recipes
I actually just made this tonight and it was yummy:
Chicken Enchiladas
-1 package of chicken breast (1 - 1 1/2 lbs) -1 onion, chopped -1 4oz can of chopped green chiles (in mexican section) -1 jar/can of chicken gravy -corn tortillas -cheese
Combine chicken, gravy, green chiles, and chopped onion in slow cooker; cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours. Take chicken out of sauce and shred. Fill corn tortillas with chicken and sauce. Top with shredded cheese and roll. Place in baking dish. Pour excess sauce over and sprinkle with more shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
