My photographer told me 2-3 weeks...is that the average?

I would say that's pretty accurate. We got ours about 2 and 1/2 weeks after the wedding (our HM was long, so we got them right after we returned home).

We got ours 3 weeks after the wedding.

mine took about 4 weeks i think. but i had aout 1500 proofs at least. i think 2 weeks is about right.
