Daily workout thread--weekend warrior edition

Mornin'! Who's working out today?
I just did an old Tae Bo--Get Ripped II. It's 50-something minutes.
Any other Tae Bo fans? I tend to like some of his older stuff better than the new ones. They're longer and a little more intense b/c he doesn't stop moving as much.
Although, you do get great toning from the newer workouts with the 'Billy Bands.'

Has anyone tried the new Tae Bo Amped? I think it comes with weights of some sort... I saw the infomercial for it this morning. I was wondering if it's worth it or if it'll just gather dust along with the rest of the workout gear I buy. I used to do the original Tae Bo tapes years ago.

I have a gym membership right now, I've been trying to go more often this past month since it's gotten warmer out. But when the membership runs out, I don't think I'll renew, I'm actually thinking of joining NYSC but I know it's kind of $$$

Finished up my mileage for the week (4 miles for a total of 31 miles this week) and then did 7.5 minutes on the stair master.
