Picnic at Eisenhower park.....or walkng the boardwalk in Long beach, lunch somewhere at the Nautical mile

wine tasting is always a good idea!!
In the fall there is apple picking upstate like half an hour- 45 minutes away.
I love walking around East Hampton and Sag Harbor. They have some nice shops!
