DC Restaurant/Sightseeing Recommendations

DH and I are planning on going away for a weekend to DC. We're planning on visiting the Holocaust Museum, the Spy Museum, and of course some of the Smithsonians (especially the Natural History...I am a big science nerd). Any other recommendations?

Also, anyone know of any good places to go for dinner? We like Indian, Mediterranean, Italian...anything really, but nothing too $$.

You should go to the National Mall: It has the WW2 Memorial, The Washington Monument, The Lincoln Memorial, the POW Memorial. The Jefferson Memorial is also about a 15 minute walk from there.

There are a lot of eateries by 'Chinatown' and around 14th.

I love DC!!! Wear comfortable shoes for the sightseeing.

Oh check out the National Archives Museum on Constitution Ave. They have all our original documents: Constitution, Declaration of Independence etc.
