Dec 13 GTG brainstorm!

I don't see why we can't all go somewhere relatively inexpensive for a drink or two or light lunch. Order a an appetizer or a soda only if you're worried about funds. The fun part is being together and talking, sharing stories, laughing, etc. Not so much what we eat or drink, kwim?
Even Grand Lux has appetizers under $10 and they are HUGE! Their apps are a full meal for me! I'm always open to sharing an app as well! Let's make this work!

Chili's
PF Chang's
Cheesecake Factory

I totally agree...I jus tknow a few girls had said they might not go because of this and I wanted to put the option out there for something different! Personally, I vote for Cheese Cake factory lol its my absolute favorite!! So even if this falls through allegra, wanna go with me? lol

i will seriously eat like a hog at cheesecake factory!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I personally dont care where we go, but I do know things are tight for alot of people.

The only thing I can suggest is to be sure to not split the bill for the girls who may just get a soda, or a side salad?

Like, this way EVERYONE who wants to come can come... whether or not they have the funds?

And trust me girls who are majorly worried about funds, Ive been in your position and I totally understand... and i highly doubt this group of girls would ever pass judgement

Do I make sense ? Or do I sound totally dumb right now?

Yeah, Like, this way, maybe the girls who are considering Not going because of the money issue, will come, and not have to worry about not ordering alot!

I personally cant drink, so maybe that will make you girls feel better about coming!

(Although I will be eating.. I kinda become a major fatty at cheesecake factory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

So girls, what do you think?

No one is judging...Heck I'll order a water if you want!

Cheesecake Factory is fine, I will just order according to my funds at the time. And my weight... like if my diet is going well I might just have to break it and get a piece of choc raspberry truffle cheesecake. 28 pts on WW.

Seriously when I was on WW I used to save ALL my flex points, get a caesar salad with no dressing at Cheesecake Factory (I love the cheese on it) and then use all my flex points on my 28 pt choc raspberry truffle cheesecake. Worth every single point and I lost weight. I should do that again.

Love Croxleys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its one of my fav place! love me some beer and chicken wings! never been for sunday brunch! but i hear its fab!

I wouldn't do a price fix thing, we are doing the brunch in March and having price fix limits you to that cost, which might rule people out. I think your better off doing al la carte so people can spend what they want to spend.

The brunch prices are either $12.95 or $15.95 depending on the item you order.
And you can order something of the menu if you don't want to do the brunch.

Barb that sounds like a great idea! I think I could swing 13 buckaroos! and it sounds like there are options if you want to just order off the menu too...and its centrally located no?

I am fine with going to a cheesecake factory type as well though
