So last monday and tuesday our secretary took off using her personal days. And the girl who covers her, called in sick monday and tuesday. Ok so that means that i have to cover them.
So flash forward one week, today...monday Both girls are out AGAIN!!!!!!!!
Along with a programmer who was also out on monday.
I don't mind filing in at all, i just feel like people are taking advantage, People are flying through their days when i know for a fact they will need them later on this year. and its only february

That must be frustrating. But at least when the Fall comes all their days will be used up and you can have the last laugh.

do you think they are taking advantage or are they really sick? Just asking bc ALOT of ppl have been very sick lately, stomach virus going around, the flu its just bad. I had the flu last week got better for a few days and now i have bronchitis.

ughh thats annoying- we have two girls in our office area that are always sick back to back- like one is out monday, tuesday and then the other calls out wednesday & thursday

that must be really annoying.....i was sick all last with with an awful cold i work tue-sat and went in everyday but thursday....i had no choice b/c everyone else apparently feels that when they are sick they just get to stay out the rest of the week....on saturday **** hit the fan at work and i had to stay with almost a 100 degree temp...so i feel your pain

Last week the secretary had 3 days off personal days she took, and the girl who covers for her, was sick supposedly...but we thought perhaps she just didnt' want to work the front.
Today the secretary claims she is very sick, but she texted my DH early saturday moring saying how she went to atlantic city and spent all her money and partied really hard, I jsut thought it was weird seh would text her boss that in the middle of the nite, then on monday claim she is so sick (probably hungover lol)
The girl who covers her, said her apartment was broken into and seh ahd to spend the day at the cops, but she lives at home, so its like what is it?
