By the sound of it, not sure you want to send coffee (an addictive stimulant). What about a gift cert to a spa and you could go with her for a 'girls' day?

They live in VA and everytime I mention pampering she cringes. She just doesnt take care of herself. She has never had a pro manicure/pedi (my fave things). Thanks though.

I think coffee is a great idea if she loves it...they serve coffee at AA so it's not going to hinder her recovery....

ETA: I have a Tassimo coffee maker & LOVE it...it makes a variety of single serve coffee & tea drinks...maybe she'd like that?
