what union is he in? this sounds like stuff my DH has done (he's local 3)......he's had a few threatened layoff's when he's brought up safety concerns on the job. sorry you're going through this.

ok, my DH is an electrician. Can your DH talk to his shop steward and see if they are right to lay him off for bringing up concerns?

he did. It's turned into a big thing but he is still laid off. if anything theyll let the company go before they let my hubby go back there. we just have to wait for him to be reassigned
