Desperately need help!!! - UPDATED

Does anyone know if a real estate agent can demand that you to use a particular mortgage broker to actually get your mortgage (not just prequalify you)? I am in a really bad situation right now in which the listing agent of a home (who is also a mortgage broker) will not let the seller accept our offer on the home unless the mortgage is done through her. She also has presented the seller with our credit reports.
I think this is illegal - Can anyone help?

It is illegal and pretty stupid on the part of the agent. Tell her that you'll report her to the DOS (Dept of State) - she could lose both of her licenses.

Okay - Update for everyone -
This agent supposedly gave the house away last night to another buyer. After showing the seller our credit reports (!!!), they decided the other buyers were better since they had more money. Anyway, long story short, I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the Dept of State on her for black-mail, fraud, etc. My realtor already filed a complaint with the ethics board. I also found out from a friend of mine last night who is a social worker that this realtor has tried in the past to scam the homeless people she works with out of money! How low can you be?!
Anyway, I will now post her info as requested before -

I have been working with a realtor for over 6 months. This guy has been nothing but patient and has showed me like 100 houses even when I backed out of a deal on the table...so realtor can be nice...

Anyway I think that what this realtor did to you is DISGUSTING!!!! She absolutely cannot make you go through her broker. She is obviously getting a hefty commission and to give your house away is gross too. I can't believe how upset your post made me! Please go through another realtor. I'm FMing you too.
