Detox

So I started the 7 day Arbonne Detox and I really don't like the taste. I gaged the first sip and thought I was going to throw up.

good question!! i want to do a detox too i am starting a diet and i think this would be a good way to start but i dont think i can deal with no food!! lol

It is part of Arbonne skin care products. It's 7 small bottles (one for each day) that you mix one bottle with 32 oz of water and drink it throughout the day, not all at once. You can eat normally. They say to eat right and exercise of course will help. This is the first time I am doing it. My friend did it and said she felt good afterwards. I'll let you know how it goes.
