DH & I are flipping out!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were supposed to pick up our thank you's and dvd/video last week. Our photo/video guy called and said to give him another day. things got a little hectic and I wasn't able to call him until today. I was hoping to go by after work and pick them up..........

Well I was in for the surprise of a lifetime when he proceeds to tell me that the video isn't done and he has 'misplaced' our baby pictures and dating pictures. These pictures have very sentimental value to us both and are in our eyes irreplaceable. He told me to call him tomorrow and worst case scenario bring him more pictures Thursday. He told me that 4 brides picked up their video the other day and he called all of them to make sure they didn't have them. He is waiting for two to call back..........

We are both seeing RED right now.

OMG...the part that bothers me is the whole, 'bring in some more photos'

I would have said, 'ARE YOU CRAZY??? You want me to give you MORE photos?!'

What is wrong with these people? Once they have your money you are so voulnerable, and they know it.

I'm sure they will find them. It's so difficult to find something misfiled- they probably just need more time.

If he cannot find them...demand the raw footage of the video and get someone else to edit it. Anyone that careless should not be allowed to do anything more with your video, IMO.
