DH just pulled out his back.. any suggestions

he just called me up in so much pain..
im guessing he pulled a muscle in his lower back..

anything i can go get for him? like that icy / hot stuff maybe? suggestions please!!!! thanks girls!

OH MAN! hmm if he has insurance i would make him go to a doc just to be sure. You want to make sure its just pulled and he can take Motrin or Tylenol. If its worse like a spasm, they can give him a muscle relaxer which will work best. When my neck went out, doc said it was good I came in rigth away or the spasm would have kept moving down my arm till it finally went away and it could be days in pain.

She gave me samples so I didnt even need a prescription.

If the pain is mld,try the icy/hot individual patches. They work well.

I bought Doans yesterday (MJDoc's suggestion). They def helped.

I would make him a nice hot bath, give him something for the pain & a big glass of wine. Cures everything

I find that excedrin back and body works great!!
