'So this should make you hate me, lol. Last time I was at the doctor's office and they weighed me, I was 172 pounds. I weighed myself at work today and now I'm 166. How do I eat like crap and lay on the couch and lose weight? lol'

I have to run on a treadmill for 2 hours, in order to lose something equal to a pound. He sits on the couch all day playing WOW and eating crap and he LOSES WEIGHT!!!

Tell him it's a different scale - he may not have lost ANYTHING if the scale at work isn't set exactly like the one at the drs office!

It probably is a different scale, but I also don't doubt that he lost weight either lol His body does that. :( *******!

yeah, it just doesn't make sense. Why is it that a woman and man can do the same routine and eat the same stuff, but he will still always lose weight easier & faster than her? AND YET - in our culture it is the girls who are supposed to be 'thin & petite' and the men who are supposed to be 'big & strong'. Just not logical

Don't feel bad - he's not comparing apples to apples. There's a five pound differential between my scale at home & the scale at the gym.
