DH thinks he lost his wedding band...
He went to the Jets game yesterday and somewhere between there and the train ride home, he suddenly noticed it was gone. He never takes it off. He said he fell asleep in the van they had rented for tailgating for a little while and is afraid he was playing with it right before he fell asleep and he just dropped it...I am so upset! We bought matching ones and a replacement will just not be the same...
All I can hope is that the people cleaning the van today find it.

My DH lost his as well. He lost it on a fishing trip about 2 months ago. And we too had matching :(We recently got him a new one - we actually love it more than the first. Brought it home and realized it was engraved with the wrong date :(
back to the jeweler and then to have it re-blessed.
Atleast yours was a at jets game - knowing DH he would probably say 'Jets game, WORTH IT ' J-E-T-S! JETS JETS JETS!

Re: DH thinks he lost his wedding band...
I have to check our policy to see if it is covered. I know we covered my engagement ring...I'm not sure we did so for the wedding bands.shoppie, did you just do an informal ceremony with your officiant? I told him last night that if worse case senario and we have to go buy him a new one, that we'd have to go do this as well.
The big search is on tonight! His aunt is even going to help and said she'd go through the trash if she had to...
Thank you for the thoughts. They help

Re: DH thinks he lost his wedding band...
usually the ring will be convered under renters or homeowners insurance even if you not have specific ryder for the piece - ryders are usually required for items costing more than $3,000 - take a look at your policy is and what the deductable is- if they are close it is not worth going through insurance because it takes a while and does not look as good when you loose thingsWelcome New Vendors
