DH's 30th BDAY

I thought I share. I did a Chinese theme bday party for my DH...he loved it.

I dipped fortune cookies in chocolate and covered them in red sprinkles and put 2 in a frosted Chinese box as favors.

Had a dragon piñata with chocolate gold coins, fortune pens, naughty stuff, mixed candy.

Food: Shrimp fried rice, lo mien, chicken wings, rotisserie chicken, sweet plantains, garlic broccoli, fried wantons, egg rolls, chips, and spiral sandwiches.

Drinks: Corona's, Heineken, Liquor, and MOJITOS!

He was surprise and all in all it was lots of fun! Even it being as simple as a house party it was sure alot of hard work!

thank you! I'm sure DH relived his childhood. The piñata was the best part or maybe it was the 'potato' game, that when you catch it your out. It was hilarious my brother in law and my aunt we up against one another and they looked like kids throwing it back and forth..lol

I looked in Craigslist and found some lady in Hillside Jamaica. She does cake from her home. It was tres leches for 50-60 ppl for $150.00. It was yummy!
