pantene shampoo and cond. for hard to grow long hair? I bought it today, it smells good but I was wondering how it performs it is to make your hair stronger and healthier. I am usually some what picky with products but wanted to try this.

they say those hair vitamins really work as well does prenatal vitamins.

When I was growing out my hair for the wedding, my cousin told me to take biotin. I went to my local health food/vitamin store and the guy said to take 2,000mg of biotin a day. I did and my hair grew fast and really long.

Oh, don't tell my DH. I just cut my hair, and it's a teeny bit shorter than I wanted -- and he hates it. I think in 2-3 weeks it will be the perfect length ...

I heard that shampoo with the 'horse' picture on the bottle it helps grow your hair pretty quickly. My friend said it did i never tried it

i took grape seed extract to grow my hair for the wedding and saw WONDERFUL results!!! you can find it at any vitamin store... i usually got mine at GNC

LOL 'mane and tail' they I think they still sell it - I may have seen it at Wal Mart or Riteaid.
Funny thing is we don't use 'horse' shampoo on any of our horses, we use people products.
