Did anyone

do their own makeup for their wedding? If so, what products did you use to make it last. I'm not sure what to do...

Re: Did anyone

Although I didnt do my own makeup......start with Clinque Sheer Matness, followed by a really good oil free foundation (Prescriptives is great), finish with MAC sheer blotting powder.

PS When applying the foundation use a brush not a sponge or fingers

Re: Did anyone

I used to work in fashion and alot of the make-up artists at the fashion shows used to take a finger tip full (about how much lip gloss you would need to coat both lips) of 'Dr. Feelgood' by Benefit and mix it with the foundation they were using....

It's this stuff that covers lines and wrinkles and has a very matte finish and when mixed with foundation it lasts a LONG time....

They used to swear by it....and I know I am using it.

Good Luck, b/c I am getting married in Italy, I am doing my own too!!!

Re: Did anyone

I did my own makeup and I used Lancome's T-Zone Matteifier under my foundation. My foundation was Bobbi Brown's oil free (great coverage to even out skin tone!) and Lancome's undereye concealer for under eyes, to cover blemishes (worked like a charm!) and to provide a foundation for my lipstick, which I only had to touch up once the whole day!
