Did anyone do this?

Did you order additional pictures from your photographer of the bridal party to give to them?

I'm going to see my photographer this weekend and I'm still undecided on what to do...

I did, sort of.. I got 5 5x7's in my package from the photographer. I gave one to my MOH (sister), SIL, and Bestman. ( I put them in a frame) I figured after my album gets done and I get the negs. I'll have more photo printed for myself.

We bought a cd of our proofs so that we can order reprints when ever we want to.

yes - I knew before I booked my photog - so I had 5x7s in my package...

also there are 5 cousins that are all the same age...and very close...so we have our picture taken at every wedding (4 so far) and frame it for each other...

A 5x7 for each BM was part of my package - so I gave each BM a picture. I gave them a picture as appropriate. Mostly a picture of my with that BM. I gave my SIL a family group shot. I also gave some family and friend proofs that I had duplicates of.

I have been in several bridal parties and so has DH but rarely did anyone do this. Once a friend gave him a picture of the entire bridal party which was ok since the entire bridal party was pretty much friends since their young days. My SIL gave me a picture of me and her.

I made them Snapbooks off of Shutterfly and reprinted a pic of me and each of them. Christmas was 2 months later and it was appropriate for a gift....

I got my photographer to take a photo of each bridesmaid with their boyfriend and gave them that as a gift after the wedding.

Yeah I did that, we negotiated extra pics to give to our bridal party and afew for my brothers who hadva small part in our wedding and Dh's sister, this way they can have a nice picture with us and them in it!

No, when I got all my proofs and negatives back I took the BP shot and had 14 5x7's made for them, was a lot cheaper than having my photographer do it
