Art Leather, Renaissance, etc. Not digital, not Mypublisher, etc. I'm doing it now and it's driving me mad! But I'm really having fun. I'll post pics when I get the enlargements.

Re: Did anyone make their own traditional album?
I am not making a leather one, but I got a really pretty album from Red Envelope that has our names and wedding date on it.

Is it a scrapbook? I was thinking about doing one of those, but I would be too anal about making them all line up properly.

Re: Did anyone make their own traditional album?
NSGraham- This is it. I guess it is more like a scrapbook- it comes with those little corners. I wanted to do a leather one for us, but someone told me that Art Leather and sites like that would only sell to professional photogs.
It's beautiful! I got mine on ebay. There are seller who sell Art leather those guys to the public.
Here's mine:
Here's the website. I got the brand that they make themselves, which is made at a secondary Renassiance factory, and is identical except for the pages having corner tips. http://1st-wedding-albums.com/

That IS beautiful! Maybe I will use the silver one for all the extra pics (there are SO many) and do one like that for our 'main' album. Thanks so much for the link!

Well, if you want, you should get the album from the ebay seller - it's much cheaper.
They only have a limited amount of mats though. Consider getting some of them from them and some Renaissance mats from the other people. I did that. The mats are not a 100% match - there *slightly* more space between the embossing for the renaissance mats. But I truly wouldn't know if the guys at 1st wedding albums hadn't told me.
Oh, and the engraving at the ebay people is more like embossing. I ordered the main and a parent album, and some of it came off of the parent album, so be careful. I'm getting a little trophy plate to put over it.
