Did anyone use this placecard holder???

Hi ladies--forgive me for posting this on the NWR board, but I have to ask. I have been looking at the placecard holder that has a heart on top and holds a candle that you light (I would post it but I still do not know how). Did anyone use these? How did it look and where did you get them and how much? I have found them for $2.18. Thanks!

I think (if we are talking about the same thing) you can find them at www.wrapwithus.com

I do not recall the price
