Did anyone watch gossip girl last night?

i watched it.

Don't think much of it yet. But I can tell you that I don't like them portraying 17 and 18 year olds acting like 25 year olds. That's not real life.

That chick drinking martinis like it was water was ridiculous! I'd never let my kids watch that kind of show. Doesn't send the right message in my opinion.

I agree with you.
Last seson they had much better shows. I loved Gilmore GIrls and was very sad when they ended it. Now they only have 4 shows, 2 of which are way over the top. Gossip Girl is a little strange and I want to see what this Reaper is all about.

I turned it off after about 15 minutes. I was really confused at first. I wasn't sure if they were in college or HS. As soon as I figured that out I turned it off. A little too far fetched imo.

On the other hand ANTM was awesome

It was!!!! I'm excited for the new season. I feel so bad for the AA girl that wasn't picked (forgot her name). SHe's the one that was molested and raped etc.... Tyra asked her about it and she revealed it on national television - soooooooo sad!

I was a little confused with Gossip Girl at first too. I thought they were in college initially.

totally agree....it made me sick except i think the sad thing is that alot of it IS real life these days. i swear i'm locking my children in their bedrooms during their teen years lol. but seriously...sometimes i think this world is getting worse & worse, and accepting more and more as 'the norm'. i dunno ladies.... i just dont get why kids want to grow up so damn fast. i WISH i could have my childhood & teen years back!
