Did you cry at your wedding??

Did you cry or were you cool and calm??

I was so calm and excited I was laughing the whole time. Up on the alter I kept making faces at all the bridal party and flashing my wedding band. I truly thought I would cry beforehand, but not one tear was shed the whole day!!

I did however cry the next day when DH and I were leaving for our three week honeymoon and I had to say goodbye to my mom. She had done so much for us and I all of a sudden had this sad feeling saying goodbye to her, like that was it, I am no longer her little girl!!

I didn't either and I was surprised. For a second I felt my eyes well up when I was about to walk down the aisle with my dad bc he was crying but its just bc I saw him like that it made me, but that was short lived. I really thought I was going to that day but nuttin.

me neithe r- and boy was surprised! i cry at everythign! i think i was just overwhelemd! (or maybe i knew ho much i had paid for my make up and all!! lol!)

i didnt cry at the ceremony but when they showed my tribute to dad who passed away i cried like a baby.

I cried when we got to the chruch b/c my brother was standing outside the church waiting for me all by himself. My Dad passed away a few years ago so it was very emotional. And I starting to cry when we walked into the church b/4 the first person I saw was one of my friends, she was crying with a big wad of tissues under her nose.

But i didnt cry when we where saying our vows etc....

I did amost the same thing. The first time I cried was when I walked down the stairs at my mom's house and my whole bridal party was there, my parents, the photographer and some other people, I got so overwhelmed I bawled like a baby; the next time I cried was as my brother was starting to walk me down the asile; not at all during the ceremony; during our first dance; during my brother's speach and during the dance with my step-father. Thankfully I used Jacqueline Nicole and she did my airbrushed makeup and it didn't smudge at all!!!!! Even with all that crying!!

NO because for weeks I focused on not crying - I told myself that I have to just refuse to cry - one because I didn't want to ruin my makeup...and two because if I cried, then my Dad would just bawl and I needed to be strong for him! That being said, if my DH had cried (he didn't) then I probably would have!

I am actually shocked I did not cry at all!!

I did however tear up when my flowers arrived - go figure!

no and I was surprised. During the rehearsal, the priest actually made us say our vows (which I thought was strange) and I barely made it through them, I was crying.
Maybe because I practiced them I didn't cry at all on the day! I was so happy!!

I bawled like a baby through the whole ceremony. You could barely understand my vows. I don't know where it came from because I am not a crier!

I didn't cry at all the whole day until we were saying goodbye to our families at the reception hall.

i was so calm and i did not cry until i was about to walk down the aisle with my dad. i was fine, and then one of my husnabnd's friends looked at me.....he's the type of person who has a lot of expression in his eyes....and the look that he gave me was like...'wow, this is really happening....' and it all hit me at once and i started bawling. i later told him that he made me cry and he felt so guilty!

I cry at the drop of a hat, but at the wedding I got a little choked up saying my vows, and then I was good! I surprised myself! I think it was because I was sooooo numb through the whole thing!!!

I didn't. I felt like I was expected to though....but I was so happy and smiling the whole day.

I was too happy and excited to cry during our ceremony. But at our reception, I teared up during our first dance and then bawled my eyes out while dancing with my stepDad and again when I danced with my Mom.

I thought I was going to cry, but I was calm on the actual day. I was very proud of myself... I only cried when I opened my wedding present from him. It was teh gift I was told I wasn't getting, out of budget plus teh earrings. Elena had to reapply my makeup!

I cried the whole way down the aisle. It was all so fast. One minute we're pulling up to the church, they are ushering me out, I walk in and see soooo many people (didn't expect many to come to the church) and then I am walking down the asile and I see my darling Nick whisper to his brother (best man) that don't I look so beautiful. Yup, the tears of joy were rolling!

Oh Hell YA!
My brother kept asking me the whole way to the church. Are you ok. And I said yeah I'm fine.
Then when we got to the church my brother got out to make sure that they were ready for us. (we were early) And then the chauffer got out. So, I sat there by myself & started to hyperventiate & cry. Then once they got back in the car I was fine. When we arrived out front the video guy asked me to say something to John well, I couldn't even speak.
When we were walking up the aisle bawling. Saying the vows I was ok. John was tearing up.
Of course if anyone mentioned my parents (who both passed away) I cried.

But, I have to admit I'm an emotional moron! I cry at EVERYTHING!!

You ladies have given me hope. I come from a huge emotional family. We cry at EVERYTHING!!! I am hiping I don't cry all too much.

got a little teary eyed when we first saw each other, but I never cried. I could not stop smiling!!!!!!!
