we're celebrating our one year next tuesday.... and time has FLOWN!!!.....and we've been through alot this past year....but any who....who ate their cake...and is there some way of defrosting the cake or what not?.....TIA!

Unfortunately mine was throw away because my mom forgot to put it in the fridge right away and it RUINED.... oh well- we will get a mini replica and have that as our one year...

Yes we ate ours & it was YUMMY! We put in the fridge 2 days before.

we ate ours right after we got back from the HM id never have the ballls to eat yr old cake! i just shkeeve too easily! sorry...no help.
We did the same thing. It was a mixture of me knowing we wouldn't want to eat if after a year and it took up a lot of space in the freezer.

We ate ours on our one month anniversary, it was taking up too much room in the freezer.

I think that is the tradition. I heard some cakes are nasty after a year. My friends hubby wouldnt eat his although it tasted fine, just b/c it was a year old..lol
Our box fell out of the limo so our cake got mushed, but my mom put in in their extra freezer- who knows how that will be

not there yet -- but every time I open our freezer I see the cake in the back wondering what it'll take like sounds like it could go either way based on everyone's experiences

We just celebrated our 1st Anniversary and ate the cake and it was gross!!! But we did it for luck!!!!
