The week before no because at taht point I said it will be what it will be as for as wedding details/drama etc. But a few weeks before, yes I did. Had a full blown panic atatck but we talked it out and I was fine.
DH knew I had committment issues when he met me, due to my bad ex relationships. I was a committment phobe but he kep chasing and wore me down and Im happy he did!

Re: Did you ever have...
my DH & I got LEGALLY married in May for insurance reasons... (we were engaged in feb)
I remember one week, right before we were to get legallty married....i was TERRIFIED that I rushed into things... DH & I were only together a year & a half before we got engaged so that weighed on me...
i know we made the right decision b/c I couldnt ask for a better relationship.

Re: Did you ever have...
I had no cold feet about marrying my DH - I always knew he was the one and I couldn't wait to start our life together. The thing that surprised me was that I got REALLY nervous the day before the wedding and didn't really start to fully relax until mid-way through the cocktail hour! All of a sudden I was really aware that everyone was going to be looking at me all day and I got so nervous I could barely eat at the RD!

Re: Did you ever have...
I definitely didnt have cold feet or even a hesitation, my only thing was being in front of all those people without tripping, I had some CRAZY stage fright....DH did great, spoke beautifully.
me on the other hand tried to put the ring on the right hand and stuttered PROFUSELY!!!

Nope. Not even for a second...
I was engaged b/f and had that nagging voice in the back of my mind, I knew it wasn't right. I never had that with my husband, ever, so I married him!!

Re: Did you ever have...
i remember about 3 or 4 months before the wedding---DH and i had a HUGE fight -- it was unreal...never experienced a fight like that. and for a moment...i considered whether we were ready to get married....and if we were communicating enough to do so.
once the fight resolved--i told him my concerns...and it turned out that me saying something and us talking it out--showed we WERE ready to communicate on such a level...and that small hesitation...lasted only about a nite.

Re: Did you ever have...
Never. I remember about 6 months before DH and I strted dating, I kinda already knew. He bought a house, a small house with his mom and said to me 'When I have a aife, we'll live here' And in my head I said 'Not if it's me!' I remember shocking myself by that thought, 2 years later here we are married and so perfect for each other. I remember thinking at one point about cold feet, not that I had it, but more that why I didn't have it. I just remember this feeling filled my whole body, it was warmth, a perfect and peaceful feeling.

Re: Did you ever have...
never....
we lived together for a couple years before getting engaged, and knew early on that this relationship is different.
it's peaceful and supportive. to use a food analogy, we're like a shallot, not 2 bananas stil joined together. (shallots have 2 bulbs glued together to form 1 inseperable unit)
It was just a matter of time....

Re: Did you ever have...
Absolutely none. I knew from my 2nd date I'd marry DH...4 1/2 years later we got engaged (after living together for 3 1/2 years of that time). I feel bad for the girls going thru doubt...i can't even imagine how horrible that must feel...but i think it takes alot of courage to realize it's not right & call it off!

Re: Did you ever have...
I didn't feel that way at all..
I lived with my husband prior to getting married...and I was already used to all the stuff that would make someone want to back out.... He is the best...I looked forward to our wedding day...and the day is now a blur to me..because it went so fast...I thank god that my mom literally forced me to get a videographer for the wedding...

Not one single doubt. I knew almost immediately that he was the one for me.
