I had a back-up plan for being a spinster... my BF and I decided we'd move to bermuda, retire wearing giant muumuus and straw hats... we'd ride the pink buses to the beach and spend our days staring at the young-uns like 2 dirty old ladies

haha! me & my best friend from highschool (that just so happened to be a guy) made a pact when we were 15 that if we werent married by 27 we'd get married....the crazy part? DH & I got in touch with him to invite him to the wedding...we come to find out that him & his girlfriend live around the corner from our soon to be home!!! (mind u we moved to queens from suffolk county!) no worries...i thank the LORD i found my amazing hubby (and didn't end up marrying the dude - i look at him now & lord knows i would've been MISERABLE if i didn't run away before my 27th birthday!!! i know i know i'm terrible!)

I sort of did! I had a bestfriend for about 8 years and we would always joke around about we would both get married and divorced and then we would eventually get married to each other. I got engaged, and that was the last time I heard from him.

Kind of...I never thought I would get married, so in HS me and my BF said that if we werent married by 30 we would get married Needless to say, Im married and he should be engaged at some point

NO WAY! I didn't even want to get married. I LOVED being single.........my goal was to be as single as long as possible!!!!! It was AWESOME. But then I met DH and I didn't want to be w/ anyone else.

28!!!! Geez I feel old. I had a pact with someone too. I think we made the pact when we were about 26 (It was a joke of course). Our deadline was 35. I got married 12 days after my 35th birthday.
