i had a theme. i absolutely love theme weddings. my theme was cinderella starting with the invitations and ending with the favors. my bridesmaids wore light blue dresses with white gloves and my maid of honor wore royal blue with white gloves....same dress. i wanted her to stand out. i picked the color to go with my theme being that cinderella wore light blue to the ball.

I did not have a theme, but my colors was lilac.

i had a winter wonderland theme and my girls wore deep purple velvet and white faux fur capes.

We got married on Valentines Day so we had all red roses and the girls wore red.

We had interlocking hearts as our theme
BMs wore Black & Silver
GM wore Black & SIlver too
DH wore Black & White

My Colors were very SUMMER and tropical almost like the Caribbean, aqua blues, hot pinks....I loved it. The BM dresses were aqua blue and their bouquets were hot pink. my centerpieces had blue Hydrangea, hot pink roses, pink orchids, pink and white stargazer lilies and aqua blue dyed orchids.

I used red for everything except the bm dresses which were black.

My BMs wore navy and all the flowers were sunflowers - it was a day wedding and I tried to make it very bright and cheery.

Our theme was grapes/winery. We used it on our STDs, invitations, placecards, menus, etc...
We tied it into DH's family vineyard...we served wine from their harvest. I had hanging grapes from our centerpieces and on our cake.
The BMs wore Cloudy Blue and the flowers were blues and purples.

My girls wore burgandy and I had blue hydrangea and red roses for my bo-K.

i had a very sublte fairtytale theme (not disney)
invites and ice sculpture...my colors were lavendar and plum...very regal...the flowers were presentation style and the centerpieces were in pumpkins

oh...and my RB carried a glass slipper on the pillow.

we had kind of a fall theme, with oranges, reds, yellows, my bm were apple red, we had the perfect pear candles as our favors, our invitations had leaves imprinted on them.

We had a couple of themes. It was a black and white wedding. Our BP wore Black Dresses for the girls and black suits for the guys with white shirts and ties, our cake was b&W and part of our favors were B&W cookies.
The other theme was theatre. Both DH and I are performers. We named the tables after shows that we have been in since we started dating, our RD invites were theatre tickets and you sent the stub back as an RSVP and our programs were done like show playbills.

christmas theme...girls in cranberry, with cranberry, purple and lavender flowers....christmas ornaments taken off a tree as the placecards, santa given out truffles at the end of the night.., candy cane and cinnamin sticks on each plate. christmas pointsettas and garland on all the mantles. centerpieces -hurricane candles with flowers at the base.
