YES!!!!! All of the stupid couples that my MIL invited..... ...all of her stupid friends and their spouses and her cousins who are estranged from the family who gave us a hand me down gift. I didn't want to make waves in the beginning of a marraige....so I let her invite them....and I'm STILL RESENTFUL ABOUT IT. SHe didn't even pay for them.

fo' sho' but it really didn't bug me the day of.
What I feel worse about is not inviting one couple It was strange...we've known each other for years but they're really more my sister's friends than mine. But the wife was my electrologist and I saw her every week for a year! I shoulda invited them. She even showed up to the church and gave a gift!
And I think I offended a person I just recently got back in touch with - not long before the engagement. We were old friends back in Catholic School and hadn't spoken since 8th grade. So we started emailing, met up a couple times but then the emailing kinda took a halt. She just recently emailed me, asking me how the wedding plans were going. I had to tell her we got married already. I sent her pics. She hasn't responded. I feel bad.

YES!!!! My cousin-who I havent spoken to or seen in at least 10 years...I really despise his actions at the reception

Everyone I invited are people that I wanted there. Even if I didnt/don't get along with them, it was on my own accord that I let them bask in the glow of my wedding, lol

me too! I kept my list low...and there's one couple I SO regret not inviting...and I also didn't invite cousins and feel kinda bad about it.

Yeah my BIL.
DH made sure that he was in bridal party and he managed to ruin he rehersal and left with the car right after the wedding, so my friends had to drive DH to get our car back from him.

The only 2 people I didn't really want there (a friend of my DHs that he doesn't really speak to and just happened to see so he decided to invite her and her boyfriend) RSVPd yes and then didn't show.
