Did you keep your slip?

And why?

I gave mine away today to another LIweddings bride. I was just thinking when will we ever wear it again? We cant put it in a shadow box? Would you use it to make something with? Why keep it?

I felt mine was just taking up space.

I borrowed mine from my cousin so I just gave it back. If I had bought it I would have saved it to give to another friend when she got married.

I gave mine to a LIW bride. Its too big to keep and its nothing sentimental to me.

I plan on giving it away to probably one of my cousins they are both engaged and plan on getting married in a couple of years

Bumsie you should post on the '06 board. AnLIW bride just drove out from Nassau to pick mine up from me. Now I have more room in my closet!

Same here, my two sisters will use mine (esp. since we paid to have it hemmed and they are both as short as I am!)

Nope, that was my something borrowed. Plus, my best friend needed it after I got married because she was using it too!

I still have mine and expect to probably have it for awhile. I love it! Really!

And I forsee loaning it to my best friend whenever she gets married. She loves blue and loved my slip

Mine has my deceased MIL & SIL's initials embroidered on mine so I would possibly lend it to someone, but I'm keeping it.

I kept mine. I don't know, I plan on wearing my dress agin, when I don't know but I do plan on wearing it again.... lol.

I borrowed mine from a cousin, if I had bought it then I would have given it to someone who wanted it. My sisters will probably want something fuller.
