Did you save....

the hat with bows and ribbon that was made at your shower?

I am cleaning out stuff since we are moving and came across my hat....not sure if I should keep it. I do have tons of pics of it so do I need it???

It's not that I 'saved' it - I'm just lazy and have all of that stuff in the garage. I haven't done anything with it yet. But when I get around to it I think I'm just going to take some of the really pretty bows off and save those with the cards.

My MOH took the hat and made it into a little bouquet for me to carry at my wedding rehearsal. I took that and put it in a silver urn and its displayed on a bookshelf in my house.

So yes, Ive kept it and I dont plan on getting rid of it anytime soon.

I threw mine out... I think I saved it with my shower gifts, but once we moved all the gifts to our house, that hat went OUT! It never made it to my house...

I have mine! You are supposed to use the bows on your gifts during your first year of marriage (thats what I was told) and thats what I am doing, it saves me having to remember to buy them!!!

I didn't have a hat made, but a bouquet of ribbons, which I subsequently forgot to bring to the rehearsal. It is now in a box that we put together of momentos from the wedding--program, bells, rose petals, etc.
