So I was watching parts of my video again, and it dawned on me that DH and I, although we made our rounds and said hello to everyone, when it came to dancing, we completely ignored everyone and spent the whole night pretty much in our own little bubble. We maybe danced with some of our BP for one song. I don't know if I regret that or not, but it was a little odd to see it in the video how antisocial we actually were. I was so concerned with making sure that DH and I had a special day together just the two of us that we completely ignored our family and friends.
So just curious to see how many people partied with everyone, and how many people just kept to themselves.

Alright...so basically the answers to this thread make me realize that in addition to sharing a birthday and a shoe size with Paris Hilton, I also share the narcissistic, self involved personality disorder as well. Awesome!

yeah we socialized, DH at the bar with his friends, and me on the dance floor with mine! LOL
at one point in my video you can see me looking for DH's like where the f are you!!! lol

DH doesnt really dance so I was on the dance floor the entire night and DH was socializing with ppl not on the dance floor...we danced some so I was happy.

we did the majority of our socializing during our CH. during the reception itself we split up our time really well. we ate our food quickly & while our guests where eating we went around to have conversations with them. we danced very few songs by ourselfs. we made sure to dance with our families & friends too.
looking back we are both very happy with how we split up our time.

i danced w/ everyone, did shots w/ people, talked to people! i tried to get around to everyone, and looking back i think there were like 3 ppl in total that i didn't even talk to at all...oopsss!

we did a little bit of both... we tried to socialize but it was mostly with whoever was on the dance floor b/c we were rocking out! we literally loved every song that played so we were up the whole night!!!

We (or actually I) walked around to everyone during CH to say hello & thank you.
I told everyone that if they needed me, they would find me on the dance floor... It was our party & I wanted to enjoy it the way I wanted to. DH even danced - which i give him credit for.
But when I think back on it, I tended to stick with my friends and my family...Oh Well!
DH socialized with his friends outside...so much that I had to have someone go fetch him when it was cake cutting time

i think we tried too. we danced alot so we would kinda migrate around the floor. we'll see what happens when i get my video back if it looks like we did or not lol

I was on the dance floor dancing with whoever was there.
DH was at the bar getting drunk with his friends most of the time
I had to go looking for him a couple of times, but we both had an awesome time

Hubs and I were in the middle of the dancefloor the whole wedding!!
We socialized at our cocktail hour and on the dance floor.
Nobody had a better time than us at our wedding

we did half our rounds at the ch and the other half super quick at the reception. besides that, it was just socializing while we were dancing. we made sure to stay together basically the whole time but we also danced with everyone who was out there
