DINNER CALL!!

I really want to make baked/mashed potatoes...

where you microwave the potato for 10-15 minutes and then scoop out the middle and mash it put it back into the potato and bake it for like 10 minutes in the oven...

But I dont know what to have with it haha

No cooking for Dh or I tonight. Well now that I'm working I really never cook...DH does all the cooking.

Anywhooo...DH is going to some restaurant in Massepeua...forgot the name of it...with all the other teachers in his dept.

What do you put on the pasta side? I tried to make garlic and oil for my linguini and it tasted like crap. J ate it though (bless his soul).

Awww...I would do veggies usually for just us two..macaroni for more people. BUT DH called and we scrapped dinner plans He wants to go with me to get his haircut (yes the boy still goes 45 minutes away to his home barber) so we'll pick something up

Mmmmmm! My fav Colombian place is Mi Territa's
