i came home from the doctor's and DH made carne asada from Trader Joes, butternut squash soup from scratch and biscuits!

DH is eating leftover chicken and rice from last night, I'm eating a frozen vegetarian dish I sometimes eat to cut back on calories.

I just went food shopping and have the rest of the week planned:
-crab cakes and a few sides of veggies
-chicken quesadillas with chips and salsa
-low carb penne pasta with butter, olive oil and garlic (and peas as a side)
-pork chops with loaded baked potatoes and creamed spinach

Flounder and Broccollini


Update - this turned out to be nasty (yet again) - second time we had to throw out flounder because it tasted weird! Ugh!
