Disappointed

I'm a bit disappointed in my proofs. A lot of them are absolutely unacceptable to me. Yes, there are a bunch of really good pictures & a few that will be really good once I do just a little touching up (any recs for programs would be helpful), but still. I am very disappointed in the overall quality. I am so sad that we worked so hard to have a beautiful wedding, and I feel like I do not have beautiful pics like other brides. My mothersaid there are some less than stellar pics, but there are also some gorgeous ones. I'm too scared to look at them again beause I don't want to be disappointed all over.

oh nooooo i am so sorry about ur photos - i can't even imagine what that must be life but just think that it could be worse...my SIL's photographer totally screwed them and gave them absolutely NOTHING! not one single picture! i know it stinks but try to look at positive side of it....also, try calling some family and friends - u'll be suprised how many people get some great shots. again i am so sorry - lots of hugs!!

BUT on the flip side, you can do wonderful things with photoshop manipulations and as long as yoou have a few amazing shots of you and DH, thats all that really matters-those are the one su will look back on i the future.

I do know there are a few shots that I can definately fix up in photoshop. My parents called me this morning & convinced me to go visit later to go through them again. They said that after looking through them again, they found a bunch of really good shots that we missed the first time around because we were so hung up on the ones that didn't come out.

Don't worry hun, you only have to pick like 60 for the album and Im sure there are 60 that you like!!!! Take another look maybe you will start to like them. I know there were some pics I just looked over at first that turned out to be my favorites once I looked at them over and over. Im sure your album will be beautiful!!!!! Good Luck
