Disasterous album viewing! VENT! So upset!

Disasterous album viewing! VENT! So upset!

We went to view the album prints today and it was awful! First of all I went with my mom, which was a big mistake. She kept on talkiogn and making coments and I couldn;t cincentrate on really looking at the prints. I know she was just trying to help, but she really wasn't!

the puctures don't look right! A lot of hings that we discusses at the original meeting were not done. They were supposed to fix my undereyes shadows, take out some weird cropping, like out a hand against a black jacket, etc. None of it was done! Also, when soem pictures were blown up we discovered a lot of really bad mistakes on the photographer's part. For example, you can see almost the whole video camera stand on the picture of us under the hooppah. Also, they were supposed to fix my mother's eyes on the picture of us going down the aisle. He only took 2 pictures like that and both were bad (eyes colsed, head turned away, etc) so they had to do some major retouching, and they s c rewed everything up and used the wrong head crop to replace my mom's head.

So, then they tell me that this is taking way too long and I need to make a longer appointment with the photographer himself and really adress all this issues and prices. I am really mad!!

He totally scre-ed up! he is the worst photo stylist I ever met, he payed no attention to details and now I have to PAY HIM so they can retouch his mistakes??? They already agreed to fix the aisle shot for free and they didn't even do right! NExt time, I am comin with my husband only and I am not leaving there till it's resolved! What also really p i sses me off is that the manager of the office started telling me that I am taking too much time! Yes, I am taking too much time because I have to go over and over things that we already discusses in the first meeting and that were not done!!!! GGGGGRRRRRRR

Oh sweetie so sorry you are going thru this. I cannot believe the Mgmr said this to you. Speak to the owner, they should do everything to make you happy. What is wrong with these people these days, are they lacking Customer service skills or something They gladly take your money and treat you like crap after, you do not take it until it is done to your liking no matter how much time it takes. Tell him you will warn all bride away from his studio, if he know what's good for him he better not let me have to go and see him. I hope it all gets resolved soon. No one messes with my Anya

Sorry trhis has happened to you. You should NOT have to pay extra. I would tell them , they are NOT getting their final payment till you are HAPPY.

Stand your ground, you deserve every right to be happy and do not take that album without being happy!!! They will I am sure come around, threatening that you'll tell everyone on LIW never to use you, will help I am sure!!
