Dixie Chick Tickets- Here's how to get them

You have to sign up for the fan club- $30 (I know, I didn't want to spend it either) but then from THEIR web site tour page you can buy tickets for Nassau dates.

The password helped me earlier today (read why I hate ticketmaster for more info on that)
but it could be that some passwords are expiring so that people cannot share them.

Great seats michele!
I just found out that they never released any floor seats yet for the venues and all the fans that paid there 30 bucks are REAL mad that they were promised great seats and never got them.
None of the passwords are working that you gave me, must of expired, so I will wait till monday.

Michele..you had to sign up 30 dollars to buy the tickets? Was there any other way of getting them like going to ticketmaster?

I'm glad you got your tickets!!

I was getting info from a different advance sale site and the passwords they give for access can only be used a few times and you are only allowed to buy once. I dont know how that works with the fan club though.

Cindy- the tickets are purchased thru ticketmaster, but you access the buy screen from the fan club page. It says MSG is already sold out, but tickets haven't go on sale to the public yet. Not sure how that happened. Cindy- do you like the Dixie Chicks? Don't tell me that. I would have gotten you a ticket to go with us. Sorry.

MSG is just sold out in the pre-sale tickets...I am sure that more tix will be available to MSG on Monday.

People are already selling tickets on eBay and other sites to the 'sold-out' MSG show. Not sure what is up with that.

I just saw that Michelle Branch is opening for them...that's cool...I usually don't care about the opener, but I think MB will be fun too.

Also, we saved $3 by purchasing the tix during pre-sale! The reserved seating on Monday are priced at $38, $48 and $78.

I went to ticketmaster at 7am this morning and waited in line for these tickets this morning, I just got home
I got 2nd row floor!
I am so excited!
Turns out that the colliseum is not general admission like the garden is..

Wow Jodi, you go!! I have a question, I had heard on CMT that this tour is 'in the round' that there is no bad seat and that the stage is 'center'...is that possible at Nassau?

Just wondering because seats that are behind the stage won't necesaarily be behind anymore if this set up is true...anyone, anyone??

Yes it is in the round.
Most of there venues for this concert will be general admission ( standing only on the floor) but not at the coliseum.
The stage is going to be set in the middle but there is seating around the stage.
I saw them do this a long time ago at the prince concert that was there and it was very kewl.
So any seats you get are going to be good.
They probably wont last more than a day or so.. get them now

So on a seating chart for Nassau and the stage is to the left or right (depending on how you look at it)...just will be set up in the center....right?
