DMV = PITA

DMV = PITA

The registration on my car expires in mid-July, and I got the form in the mail a couple of weeks ago. I figured I would just renew it online, no big deal, right?

Wrong.

I thought I was all done with the name change stuff.

Wrong.

In order to renew it, I have to find the *ORIGINAL* title to the car (of course I have no effin clue where that is! ), and then send it in my mail.

Since I don't know where the title is, I probably have to try to get a duplicate title now.

Ugh.

(ok, so this really isn't THAT big a deal.... just wish I was a more organized person with important documents! )

I KNOW!

We just bought a new car and my DL is NY and DHs DL is SC-then he found out he had a valid license in NY and SC (which is against federal law ) so when we bought the new car he had to havea NY license to register it....THEN we cant register our Nissan until he gets his new NY license RIIIIDICULOUS!!

Definitely a PITA

Stupid federal laws!

That seriously sounds like a major pain!

Can you register the cars in your name?
