Re: Do I have a right to be mad?
Well, did they give you a time-line on when to expect them?? If they did and the time has passed than YES you have a RIGHT to be mad.But if your just asking if you should be mad because its taking so darn long - than yes if I were you I would be furious!!!!!
I had my proofs back in about a week and a half.

Re: Do I have a right to be mad?
I was told by the time I get back from my honeymoon they will be ready. Mind you I met with him 10 days before the wedding. So I feel he already knew his lab was backed up.

Re: Do I have a right to be mad?
Hey, I used the same company you did, and they gave us the run around in this regard too - it took forever to get the proffs back, and everytime we called,t ehy woudl tell us 'next week, we are on the week before yours.' But honestly? In the end, they were definetly worth the wait.

Re: Do I have a right to be mad?
I have called there office and the reason is the 'lab' is backed up from all the end of summer weddings. I'm telling you he knew when I saw him 10 days before. You can't tell me the got backed up 10 weeks in a span of meeting with him 10 days before.

Re: Do I have a right to be mad?
Not for nothing they should get their tails in gear! What is the next excuse going to be that they are backed up because it's the holidays! I know that their pictures are great but 2 months is alittle excessive!! Yes you have every right to be mad

Re: Do I have a right to be mad?
Yes absolutely. 10 weeks is way too long to wait. And if it the labs fault, they should be contacting you on a regular basis to give you updates.
