I'm not sure......I mean, I think there are people out there that DO know and see certain things, but I don't know......

i do believe that some ppl have a gift a sense that others might not.....think about it dogs and cats and other animals have heightened senses to see things or smell/taste things so why cant a person have a heighten sense or even an extra sense

but there are ppl out there just trying to get paid and take advantage of ppl
