My husband and I were laughing about the fact that we haven't acknowledged even one of our 'month' anniversaries. We're not the type, but now that I'm thinking about it......are we weird? We didn't even do the 6 month thing.

Re: Do you celebrate your monthly anniversaries???
We've celebrated every month so far by going out dinner. I'm sure once we hit our one year anniversay it'll stop.

Re: Do you celebrate your monthly anniversaries???
We do, but my DH wants it to be special, so we'll probably stop once we hit 1 year, also.

Re: Do you celebrate your monthly anniversaries???
we only made a fuss at 1 month, we ate the top of our wedding cake. I make a point to always say 'we've been married 2, 3, 4 etc months. but we don't do anything special. as it is, DH always gives me a when I tell him what # month it is since the wedding

I thought I was the only one. It is the same for us too, we shared a slice of the cake at our 1 month anniversary but we saved the rest of the top for our 1 year anniversary.

I truly wish I had thought of eating the top of the wedding cake at 1 month.....it's sooo big and it is taking up so much room in the freezer. We were waiting for the 1 year mark - now we're booking a trip for our first anniversary.
So now when do we eat the top of the cake??? UH-OH!

Re: Do you celebrate your monthly anniversaries???
It's our 1 month and we acknowledged it, but that was all.
But he did say 'Happy Anniversary' when he called me at work.

Re: Do you celebrate your monthly anniversaries???
Today is our 2 month anniversary & we are not doing anything special. My hubby did acknowledge it this morning, but otherwise, I think we will celebrate 6 months & then only yearly!!!
