Do you know where your.....

DH is at ALL times?

I always do!

He is usually always with me, or working but if he goes anywhere, we always know where the other is. Always! And we always call each other when apart!

Yup!! Same as you Jenn!! If we are apart, we alway's call to let each other know where we are.

DH and I are pretty set in our routines so we know where we are almost always. If we'll be gone for a while, then we call to let each other know where we are.

Nope! John doesn't work in one spot. So he can be in Bellerose one day & Malverne the next.

Nope. Being married to a cop, it's impossible to know where he is all the time, and I'm sometimes better off NOT knowing.

He's always reachable though, and because of that, I have peace of mind.

we have the same routine also, so we both know where each other is most of the day and if not, we are reachable by cell phone!!

I dont know all the time nor would I care to keep tabs on him like that. (or want anyone keeping tabs on me)

Usually he is at home or at work but if he is MIA for a few hours, that is not a problem for me.

Stef we don't 'keep tabs' on each other. We do it because we care where the other is! Just in case!

Not married yet, but I do not know where he is all the time. I have a good idea,he is very respectful in terms of calling but like Stef said do I really need to know? I could care less sometimes.

I think he knows where I am more often than I know where he is because he is an electirician and can be sent to like 5 jobs a day..must I must admit, after 9/11...we make sure we try to get in contact with each other..even if its leaving voice mails. That day he was supposed to be in the wtc and because he is ALWAYS late...he never made it there. Thank god but that day I didnt even know he was going there...so it is important...just in case!

Feel similar to nrvbrd - we pretty much know where the other is at most times (work, home, gym, etc - we are pretty routine) but don't expect a full report of every place we go. We both are very respectful of giving each other space and not being on top of each - just works for us. If we are going to be away for awhile or doing something totally out of our routine - we do let it each other know - for safety reasons.

I find myself having to tell him my every move now that I have moved but that is because he is the only one with a drivers license at this time and living in LI now - we have to coordinate our schedules more than living in Queens. It actually drives me nuts. If I want a manicure or to go to the drug store I have to tell him because he needs to drive or pick me up. I am so not use to this. I would never have done this in Queens. I need my license soon! I am so use to my 'freedom' - when I have to tell him my every move - I feel like it is lost. I hate being dependent on someone else - even if it is my husband - if that makes sense.

Sure, I like to think I do He does travel a bit for work here and there, and on his one day off when I work, I don't necessarily know when he runs to Home Depot or the deli, but for the most part, we keep in touch through out the day and he'll call if he's being held at work and won't be home when he normally would.

Nope! He's all over the place, I'm typically either at work or at home. We don't really call each other during the day. Fine with me - even though we're married we maintain pretty separate lives as far as work, hanging out with friends, etc.
