Do you miss planning your wedding? Yeah, me too! Help me plan dh's NYPD graduation party....

I need to start working on this so it will be FABULOUS! I will host a bbq in our backyard in july
These are my ideas so far:
-table and chair rentals
-hire bartender
-hire dj
-hire photographer (shira)
-cater some food & have hamburgers & hotdogs on the grill
--i need ideas for favors
--I am going to get him a NYPD shield cake
-should i just do a red, white and blue theme?
--ladies i know you LOVE to plan so share your ideas....
