Do you stumble over your words when you leave a VM?
I make a lot of calls at my job and sometimes when I leave VMs I'm stumbling over my words. I bet the people on the other end think I'm such an idiot!

me too! it happens to me more when I am expecting to leave a voicemail and the person picks up

I do the same. Thats so funny that you asked b/c I always thought I was the only one b/c when I get a VM they sound fine I know I stutter!

I do this all the time! I swear that half of the NJ tax assessors think my firm employes only idiots lol.
I try to think of what to say beforehand, but sometimes the vm picks up to quick lol

I do this too. And then I start to ramble to try to make up for my mistake and I wind up sounding like a moron.

I used to have to make so many calls when i worked in this one office. I was in room with a bunch of cubicles, but it was all open. I always got so nervous leaving vm's in that quiet room. I felt like everyone was listening to me and waiting for me to stumble. Which was probably a crazy thought! But i got used to it after a while.

We're all open here too, but thankfully a lot of people are on the phones so it's not quiet!

lol. me too. I guess I just get nervous on a machine and I seem to forget what i was saying.
I stumble over my words even more though when I'm creating my Out Going Messages. I always have to re-do it over & over again
