Do you take your rings off?

I take my engagement ring off as soon as I get home from work.

I take both my rings off to sleep.

I can not get my rings wet, I hate the way it feels underneath the 'metal'.

I always put them in the same spot (ring holder by the sink - usually in my bathroom - it IS safe) but my hubby always leaves his on.

DH & I both usually take them off when we get home.

I never leave the house without my rings.

DH *usually* doesn't leave the house without his ring. He's not a jewelry person, so he's still 'getting used to it' :bang'

i normally keep them on most of the time, but my left arm and hand are so swollen from my surgery that i can't wear them! right now i'm wearing a temp ring and i only take it iff to shower like i did w/ my real rings.

I take them both off as soon as I get home from work and don't put them back on until I leave for work the next day. I don't even put them on when I go to run errands on the weekends, I only wear them to work and if I'm going out. I know it's awful to say, but they bother me....like it's just not physically comfortable, they don't hurt me, but I'd just rather they be off if they don't have to be on.

DH never takes his off...I was surprised, but work, sleeping, showering....always on....he said he doesn't even notice it anymore.

pretty much the same as what you just said, except i don't wear my ering to work, so that stays at home.

i usually take my wedding band off right before i make dinner, and put it on in the morning after my shower.

steve leaves his ring on pretty much all the time! i haven't seen it off yet.

same here....i only wear my e-ring on special occassions and dont shower or clean with my weddig band.

A wear **A** ring all the time, not neccessarily my e-ring or wedding band.. when I am out with DH I wear both rings, but when I am at home I usually just wear a plain white gold band that I bought for the gym- because my e-ring band and wedding band are both pave diamond eternity bands and I'm too scared to bang it on something or just mess it up somehow- so I don't wear a ring in the shower, but every other second I have some sort of ring on- even when I sleep, either my real rings, or my gym band

I take them off during practice but they stay on during game days. and i take them off to do yard work.

wear both rings just about all the time---only take them off if i doing housework thati s hard on my hands or lotions and stuff

I wear mine all the time. I only take it off to exercise (if I am using weights) and shower or if I am cleaning with chemicals.

Its instinct for me to take them off and put them in my jewlry box as SOON as I get home. Its almost a compulsion...like if Im IN the house, I cant have them on...they bother me. But everytime Im leaving the house, I always put them back on to go out. Its just a habit now.
