do you think it's too late -- Newsday announcement

I always look through the paper at the wedding announcements and totally forgot it was something I wanted to do when we got married. The lightbulb just went off when I saw Tara's post that her DH were in the paper

It says to send in forms no later than 90 days after wedding -- we just hit the 90 day mark on the 14th

I should send it in anyway and see what happens, right?

Anyone else forget to send their info to Newsday?

Nope you have plenty of time!! You have up until 90 days past your wedding. I sent mine in November! oh wait....it is Dec 16 now...hmmmm I'd send it in anyway!

I think there is an application online that you can fill out- yeah that's the way I did it if I remember correctly. Then the lady emails you to confirm your info.

She also asked me if we wanted to do a love story- things are so crazy that I never got around to responding. I guess it would be fun! If I was feeling all romantic towards him anyway....

I remember noticing last month that a wedding was posted in the Daily News from July......not sure if the Daily News has different rules. I wanted to do this too! DH doesn't want to,but I told him I doubt any of his friends will be reading the 'down the aisle' section anyway!! I think you should send it in!!!

I don't think my DH would want me to do it either. Love your reply to him! I'm going to submit and see what happens.
