do you tip the photographer at the time you do your wedding album?

the person who helps you design it and put it together from the proofs months after the wedding...do they get tipped?

I am not going to tip her. She is one of the girls that work in my photographer's office.

I didnt - to be honest - I didn't even think to tip them - gotta draw the line somewhere!
I figured this was part of the service.
