We are having some trouble with our Dyson ball. The brush is not turning and it has little suction. This has happened one time before but there was hair wrapped around the bar. I removed it this time and it's still not working. I am on the website looking at some troubleshooting and I think I have to take it apart but I was wondering if anyone had a quick fix or maybe there's something I'm not doing? Please help.
Sorry, I don't know how to fix it, but I do have the same issue with my hair b/c it's long...it ALWAYS gets wrapped around the spinner thing and it stops working. I just got the Dsyon in September and I've only used it once...DH has been vaccumming.
I dont have the ball, but I ahve the regular one. You can't let the hair build up around it. it sounds like you didn't though. I just use scissors. its kinda a pain, but its bad if you just let it build up. Is there a number you can call? Im sure if they cant help you fix it over the phone, you can take it back and replace it.
