how long it will be before Duet gives back proofs , album and video they never said

mine took 23 days but I heard it's mostly 4-5 weeks

Our proofs took about 5-6 weeks - it depends on if its a busy wedding time of year for them or not, but I'd say if you don't hear from them in 5 weeks DEFINITELY email or call Nicole and check on the status
As for video, they wont even start the editing process until you hand in everything for your album and music/baby pics, etc for your video..
